Travel Photography: Corpus Christi, Texas

As many of you know, I have a passion for landscape photography. Over the weekend, we took a trip to Corpus Christi, Texas and went to Bob Hall Pier. The weather was cool but the beach was nice and clean. I took the opportunity to explore some artistic and simplistic compositions. The afternoon sunset provided some beautiful lighting. I used a slower shutter speed on some to make the water look smooth. Here are some of my favorites ;)

Austin Portraits: Lydia & Marlena

Sneak peek images from my photo session with the lovely twin sisters, Lydia & Marlena! These two are the co-founders of Lunar Nourishment. They specialize in meditation and yoga techniques. They also sell handmade jewelry, bath and self-care products. This was one of my favorite sessions - these two were so natural in front of the camera, and we had fun! I got some really artistic shots with the afternoon sunset. It was gorgeous outside! There are so many good ones, it was hard to pick :) Here are some of my favorites from the day!

Austin Portraits: Kylia

Photos taken of my beautiful friend, Kylia. Kylia has her Master's degree in Business Administration and a successful career in Marketing. She is a natural in front of the camera ;) I was able to capture these portraits and headshots of her in various places of downtown Austin, TX. The sun was shining, but it was freezing outside. She did so great braving the cold! Here are my favorites from the day :)

Austin Wedding Photography: Thomas & Randi

Sneak peek from Thomas & Randi's wedding on November 28, 2015. This rustic, cowboy style wedding took place at the Wildflower Barn in Driftwood, Texas. It was raining off and on and very chilly outside, but that didn't stop the party. I had so much fun, these people know how to have a great time! Thomas & Randi are down to earth, warm and welcoming--they are perfect together. I am so happy we were able to document their love and capture their special day. Thanks for letting us be a part of it!

Austin Wedding Photography: Carlos & Ashley

Sneak peek from Carlos & Ashley's wedding at the Red Barn in Pflugerville, Texas. This adorable couple tied the knot with their friends and family on Oct 23, 2015. Amazingly, this DIY theme wedding was planned in only 3 months. They even had their son as the ring bearer. So sweet! I had so much fun capturing their beautiful and special day. Congratulations to the happy couple!

Palo Duro Canyon photography

Photos taken at the Palo Duro Canyon. This was our family's first trip to the north Texas plains area. The kids did well and we made memories! We packed up the RV and drove over 1,000 miles (round trip) to the canyon and explored all the beauty it has to offer. We camped at the park, went hiking and mountain biking during our stay. We really enjoyed the majestic landscapes of the canyon!
